Brian Greenberg – The Spoonie Ironman
About My Advocacy
After being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at 11 years old and it becoming severe at 19, I’ve spent most of my life battling chronic illness. I also suffer from asthma and rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve had over 30 surgeries and live with a permanent ostomy, which gave me my life back. After my last major surgery, I started a long surgery which took me from bedridden for months with a visiting nurse service, to full 140.6 mile IRONMAN in just a few years.
A big part of my life is to help other Spoonies just like me live a better life with chronic illness by taking some of the best advice from around the world, and adapting it to a life with daily physical and mental challenges.
I help people with…
- Physical health
- Mental Health
- Habits & Lifestyle
- And Much More
