Sleep can be hard to find as a Spoonie. It can take a lot of work to figure out what does or doesn’t work for us. Here are some solutions that when combined together, have worked well for me.
What I’ll be blogging about in 2022
I plan on jumping back into my advocacy efforts again in 2022 and I’m excited to get back to something I’m extremely passionate about. So what topics will I be blogging about in the coming year? Here you go…
My First triathlon in two years
On short notice I decided to take on the challenge of another 70.3 Half IRONMAN for the firs time in 2 years. It might not have been the best decision as a Spoonie doing these with a chronic illness, but I got it done.
